The fact that a political club fell through has nothing to do with diversity, and more with people not giving a shit about the club, including the officers. From the amount of pot-brownie cook outs and smoke outs planned, it seems much more like people got high and got more concerned with finding some sour glow worms to munch on.

Yes, but just because there’s diversity of thought doesn’t mean like-minded people would like to sit down and talk about it. I, for one, think it’s really boring to talk about issues with people who agree with you; there’s no drama there.
